PHILIP has a blue glass sleep eyes/closed mouth/chunky cheeks/double chin and dimple

He is fully dressed with an old sailor outfit/has got antique leather boots and socks/underwear/
blonde mohair wig and pate/straw hat has been replaced (newer)
